Dear Jimmy: I am grateful to you for never forgetting one of my anniversaries, even when it comes to a sixty-sixth birthday!1 Despite my personal belief that there is no "celebration" on such an occasion, I must say that people everywhere combined to make the occasion one of the happiest I can remember.
As far as my health is concerned, I truly feel as well as I have in a long time. Despite the trials and tribulations of the political campaign--and the never-ending official work--I seem astonishingly free of fatigue these days.2
